If you want real success, model successful people! You can find a smart mentor and model their success.
One of the best ways to strengthen your resolve and speed you on your way to success is to study the strategies and insights of successful millionaires. Study their vision, courage, focus and the action they take to back up their beliefs. Check out what inspires someone like Richard Branson, of the Virgin companies, or Bill Gates of Microsoft. What do they do and how do they think, for them to have amassed their success and wealth that so far surpass what most achieve.
Here are just some of the qualities wealthy entrepreneurs display towards business and life in general. May they inspire you to research these great achievers and others like them.
They think big and think outside the square. Obstacles are challenges to be overcome in pursuit of an ultimate goal, there is always a way. Surprisingly, many wealthy people, like Oprah Winfrey, for instance, clearly admit they did not set out to make money their main goal. They asked rather, how could I make a difference in the world? How can I help others improve their lives and do so while I am doing what I love?
They are strong willed, purpose driven, passionate, focused people, choosing to live each day to the full. They are willing to work hard and expect those around them to do the same.
Find a mentor. A common factor many millionaires share is they have worked and studied with an accomplished mentor early in their career, changing mentors as they expanded their business and vision. Many wealthy people attribute their major achievements to a mentor or life coach, experienced people who are one step back from their situation, and can give advice or encouragement when required. Find a coach or mentor to accelerate your own success. Put this out to the universe and discover the generous response the universe will offer you.
Build and work with a team of high achievers. Great leaders have the charisma to attract others who share the same vision and want to achieve the same goals. Rarely do these great men and women work alone. They surround themselves with positive, like-minded people, energetic individuals willing to work as a dedicated team. They trust their partners and employees and expect the best from them. This trust inspires others to peak performance, enthusiasm, and loyalty.
Such a team, buoyed up with enthusiasm and vision will achieve far more and reach out to more people than just one person ever could alone. Some use their team to explore, experiment, research, promote, teach and build a lasting monument to what man can achieve.
You do not need to reinvent the wheel. By that I mean you are far better off learning from other successful entrepreneurs and mentors without having to experience the same challenges and difficulties they may have encountered and learned from. Model successful people, do what they do and you are sure to reach a similar high level of success.
